A minimum deposit of 50% of the full price is required to place an order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cheques and E-transfers. The balance is due prior to shipping. All prices are in Canadian funds.

Q: How and where do you ship?

A: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping. We ship predominately with Purolator, however for larger orders we ship LTL with a variety of carriers. We ship anywhere in Canada and the US.

Q: What kind of canvas do you use?

A: All of our tent canvas is army duck. We use two weights of this canvas, 10.6oz, and 13oz. Our primary tent canvas is 10.6oz army duck, a very tightly woven, double wrap, double fill 100% cotton canvas. 10.6 is a good, lightweight option for mobility; it has been treated with the Sunforger® process making it very water repellent, fire retardant, and resistant to mold, mildew, and the damaging effects of UV rays. We also use a heavier 13oz version of the same canvas for large tents and tipis that will be setup for long periods, the added weight helps withstand the elements, making your canvas last much longer.

Q: What are your stove jacks made of?

A: Our stove jacks are made of fiberglass and heat-resistant silicone. They are rated to 700℉ and are extremely resilient. We carry stove jacks in 3′, 4′, 5′ and 6′ inches.

Q: What is your sod cloth made of?

A: Our sod cloth is a heavy 7oz woven polyethylene, urethane coated, UV resistant and fire retardant fabric. Our larger tents get a 20” wide sod cloth while smaller tents under 100 square feet get a 12” one.

Q: Can you make me a custom (unusual request)?

A: With a few exceptions, we make just about any kind of canvas shelter and adding any sort of custom features to our tents is usually no problem at all.
